This text is an annex to the membership agreement and includes the clarification text regarding the Personal Data obtained with the agreement and the express consent statement.
In accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, our company WTBDC (or company name) that is DATA RESPONSIBLE has obtained through this Membership Form,
It can save, classify, process, store, update and also transfer the personal data (Name/Surname/e-mail/Phone number/Address) of the person who submits the application request for opening a membership account
to third parties as the data controller, in cases where the relevant legislation allows.
Personal data received from the person who submitted the application request for opening a membership account, to control sales and supply management by our company,
invoicing, making legal notifications, delivery processes, tracking customer requests and/or complaints by our company,
management of business processes, promotion of all kinds of products and services, advertisement, communication, promotion, marketing, determination of usage habits,
sending commercial electronic messages, making the customer benefit from products and services, planning sales and marketing activities of products and services,
will be used for processing puposes while fulfilling the obligations arising from the contract and the law in a complete and correct manner, creating special services for the members,
creating visitor records, planning, executing and managing the commercial cooperation, correctly planning management and communication activities and strategies,
improving the services offered on our website and eliminating the errors that occur on the site.
Personal data obtained from the person who submitted the application request for opening a membership account can be shared with, the person required and/or permitted by the relevant laws and other legislation provisions
By the Company, Institutions and/or organizations, public legal entities authorized to receive data, shareholders, employees, domestic/foreign affiliates of the Company, domestic/foreign persons with
whom service and/or cooperation are made, institutions, organizations and/or other third parties.
Personal data belonging to the person who submitted the application request for opening a membership account, may be collected by company employees, domestic/foreign affiliates,
cooperating persons, institutions and/or organizations, official institutions or other third parties, verbally, written or electronically, fully or partially automatically or by non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system.
The person who submits the application request for opening a membership account
a) learning whether personal data that belongs to them are processed or not,
b) requesting information on personal data if it has been processed,
c) learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
d) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred abroad or in the country,
e) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the boundaries of the conditions stipulated in the legislation,
g) Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
h) objecting to the emergence of a result against one by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i) have the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of their personal data.
MEMBER'S EXPRESS CONSENT STATEMENT
Within the boundaries of the information given to me above, I declare that I have given all the personal information with my own consent.
I expressly consent to the use and recording of the personal data I have provided by the company for the above-mentioned purposes,
to transfer them within the country or abroad for these purposes, to store, record and share my personal contact information with third parties within the terms of this consent declaration.
I accept and declare that I have learned all my rights, including my right to request information regarding the processing and protection of personal data, and that
I have been informed that I can always exercise my rights in accordance with the Law by applying to the data controller.
